When you have a custom domain through Shopify, you’re also able to create an email with your domain as the handle (such as sales@happypaws.com) so when customers send to your store’s email, it will be forwarded to your personal address.
Our setting up of your email hosting is separate from your e-commerce platform. We recommend Google Workspace (formerly “GSuite”) Google Apps for Business.
